Volunteers Are The Heart And Soul Of The Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation

Volunteer placements are based on availability, skills and interests, as well as our current priorities. Each volunteer works with a team that can provide them with ongoing training, guidance and support specific to their role. We also welcome new suggestions based on the special skills and interests of each volunteer candidate.

There are two areas of opportunity for volunteers:

Join our team of key volunteers who use their leadership, communication and organizational skills to direct the Foundation at the Board of Directors level. The leadership team, together with the National Executive Director, work to oversee fundraising and awareness programs.

Join our team of volunteers who help coordinate events and raise funds for the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Committees develop and lead fundraising projects and events such as On the Slopes Ski Day, On the Green Golf Tournament, On the Run Family Fitness Day, yearly Tributes and the Unison Mission, among others.
