On Sunday, January 9, 2022, the world lost a legend in the sudden passing of Jewish Director, Actor, and Comedian Bob Saget,z’’l. Saget was a prominent presence on television screens throughout the 1990s, playing Danny Tanner on “Full House,” and as the host of “America’s Funniest Home Videos.” The Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation was honoured to have Saget headline our 2018 Laugh My Diaper Off (LMDO) event that took place in Montreal, helping us raise over $155,000 in support of Neonatal Care at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Bob Saget’s ability to spread smiles and laughter will be terribly missed. We appreciate his great support for the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation, and extend our condolences to his loved ones. Baruch Dayan Ha’Emet.
