Shaare Zedek Medical Center is working with Yad Sarah as they open their Frenkel Emergency Medical Center. The center is located close to Shaare Zedek, on Herzl Street, adjacent to the bus and light rail stations.

President and Founder of Yad Sarah, Rabbi Uri Lupoliansky, explains that in cooperation with Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Yad Sarah will provide urgent care during the hours when the community clinics are not open. This new emergency center will treat the milder emergency cases and those which do not require hospitalization. The new emergency center in Yad Sarah will help reduce the number of cases being referred to the existing emergency rooms and will offer more expedient treatment of less urgent cases.

Prof. Jonatan Halevy, the Director General of Shaare Zedek said, “Shaare Zedek Medical Center is pleased to cooperate with Yad Sarah. The cooperation between the two institutions working for the welfare of the city’s residents will make it easier for those in urgent need of medical care who do not require hospitalization.”
