We are very appreciative of the efforts made by dozens of volunteers to provide the children of our medical staff with a wonderful daycare experience during these challenging times. For weeks, the volunteers prepared an array of creative and diverse activities to delight the children in the daycare center held in Jerusalem’s Yafe Nof School.

At a closing event last week, Prof. Ofer Merin, the Director General of Shaare Zedek, thanked all of the volunteers for their efforts and gave each volunteer a pin from Shaare Zedek.

Thank you to the Mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Lion, the Jerusalem Education Administration, the Lavy Organization, which is responsible for after-school activities in municipal educational institutions in Jerusalem , the One Heart nonprofit organization as well as the volunteers from Ein Prat and soldiers from the IDF’s Education and Youth Corps.

Thank you to the team from Shaare Zedek who led this important effort, Ms. Racheli Reuven from Human Resources, Ms. Ayelet Cohen, the Head of Volunteer Services and Mr. Danny Dobrin, Chief Operating Officer for our City Center Campus.
