Every donor of $36 or more will be inscribed in the Golden Book at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center with permanent recognition.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose an item from the catalogue to give in honour of someone special
2. Fill in your information and the information of the person you are honouring
3. Send an e-card to someone special and let them know about the gift you made in their honour.
4. You will receive a tax receipt via email for the full value of your donation
5. The hospital will receive the funds to purchase the critical equipment or supplies needed for the NICU
