We are happy to share that Zvi Michaeli has recuperated from the coronavirus (he tested negative twice for the virus). Zvi is 58 years old and he came to Shaare Zedek in critical condition suffering from the coronavirus. He was placed on an ECMO machine which replaces the function of the heart and lungs for two weeks. Over Passover, his situation started to improve and the entire staff is thrilled that he has had two negative tests for the coronavirus.
Zvi shared, “I first want to thank G-d for this miracle and to thank the angels in white in Shaare Zedek–to the nurses, the doctors and all of the teams for their life-saving work. These are people with big hearts who give their all to help their patients.
