We’re happy to start this week wishing Minister Meirav Cohen and her family mazel tov on the birth of a baby boy!

Just days after Minister Meirav Cohen, was appointed as the Minister of Social Equality and Minister of Minorities, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy weighing 3.080 kilograms at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.

Minister Cohen thanked our staff, “We feel elated and blessed by this exciting moment and we are looking forward to the baby meeting his two sisters. This is my second birth at Shaare Zedek and I thank the empathetic and attentive staff of the delivery rooms for their professional and dedicated care. ”

The staff of Shaare Zedek including the Director General, Prof. Ofer Merin; Director of the Delivery Room nursing staff, Ms. Hava Haham; Midwife, Sara Babian; Head Nurse in Maternity Ward D, Mrs. Mina Yaakobian said, “We wish Minister Cohen and her husband mazel tov and we look forward to seeing them for the delivery of their next baby at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.”
