The Ultimate Victory

In October 2015, Maya Netzer was rushed to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem after being injured in a terror attack. She was treated and saved at the hospital.
Now, nearly seven years later, Maya Netzer has returned to Shaare Zedek—this time for the happiest of reasons—to bring new life into the world, and welcome her new baby!
On her Facebook page she recalls how in 2015 when she was injured this all feels very full circle for her, writing, “in October 2015, I arrived at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem after they tried to take my life in a combined terrorist attack, I was hospitalized in building 10 (old) in room 104. It’s been a while, and exactly two weeks ago, at the end of July 2022, I arrived again at Shaare Zedek, in order to bring more life into the world! The room was also on the 10th floor, but in the new building, in the room 40. (Same numbers, but in an old-new concept). Thanks to Shaare Zedek Director General Prof. Ofer Merin, who has been accompanying me all along the way. This is my real victory.”
