Dr. Shmuel Weiss, Head of the Ankle and Foot Unit at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, discusses treating arthritis in the foot and hallux valgus and the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections in the Jerusalem Post’s “Rx for Readers” column which asks experts to respond to questions from newspaper’s readers.

Dr. Weiss also discusses the use of steroids in combination with hyaluronic acid for treating arthritis of the foot.
